间充质干细胞免疫调节作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞是近年来研究的热点,骨髓中除血干细胞以外,还含有另一类干细胞——间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)。相差显微镜观察发现体外培养的MSC团与成纤维细胞类似,具有很强的自我增殖能力和多向分化潜能。传代培养时,MSC表现出高度的扩增能力,且仍保持着细胞的染色体核型和端粒活性。在不同的诱导条件下,具有向中胚层和神经外胚层组织细胞分化的能力,
