摘要
通过大量试验,总结出固化剂、粘结剂、耐火材料等因素对陶瓷型浆料结胶时间的影响,及在不同硬化工艺条件下陶瓷型的强度、透气性、型腔表面质量的变化规律.结果表明:在每百毫升粘结剂硅酸乙酯水解液中加入0.4~0.6g固化剂Ca(OH)2为宜,水解液的粘度不大于5.5×10-3Pa.s才能保证浆料的流动性,每百克耐火材料铝钒土与50ml水解液相匹配为最好.喷烧加焙烧硬化工艺综合性能为最佳,加入少量双氧水可成倍提高陶瓷型透气性.
The influences of curing agent, binder, refractory materials on the bond time of membrane serosa of ceramic-mold casting are discussed. Moreover, the change of strength and permeability under different forming techniques is studied. The results indicate that it is suitable to add 0.4~0.6g curing agent ——Ca(OH) 2 into every 100 milliliter ethyl silicate, the viscosity should not excess 5.5×10 -3 Pa.s for ensuring the fluidty, and for 100g refractory material matching 50 milliliter hydrolysis liquid is the best. The results also show that the synthetical properties under hardening technique of spray-baking and firing are better, and the permeability can be doubled when a few amount of H 2O 2 is added.
