摘要
大庆石化公司化工三厂的ABS装置干燥系统改造前采用空气循环运行,开工以来多次发生事故。干燥系统改造后采用氮气密闭循环,既保证了装置安全运行,又使ABS产品的性能更加稳定。
The drying system in the ABS Unit of Daqing Petrochemical Company No.3 Chemical Plant used air circulation for operation before retrofit, and had accidents time after time since startup. After retrofit, it uses nitrogen closed loop, which not only ensures safe operation of the Unit, but also makes the ABS product property more stable.
