摘要
目的研究活性氧在小鼠缺血性脑卒中样表现的作用。方法在实验室中应用枯烯氢过氧化物(CHP)对昆明小鼠进行凝血时间及血小板粘附力影响、联合应用CHP和双侧颈总动脉夹闭实验操作并进行分析。结果将小鼠尾静脉注射两次CHP并双侧颈总动脉夹闭1h,12只实验小鼠中11只在术后2—12h后不同程度地出现Homer氏征,并表现出不同程度的运动功能不良,HE染色可见大量血球滞留于血管中,偶可见血栓栓子。结论CHP延长昆明小鼠凝血时间(P〈0.05),并增加血小板的粘附力(P〈0.05)。
Objective A preliminary study of ischemic -like attack in mice induced by reactive oxygen. Methods Applied the operation of cumene peroxide(CHP) with bilateral clamping of carotis communis,after twice injection of CHP and bilateral clamping of carotis communis 1 hour. Resuits Homer's symptom appeared 2 - 12 hours after the operation in 11 of 12 mice,All of them also showed different kinetic dysfunction, HE stained section showed that plenty of red blood cells were in the blood vessels, and thrombus - like material was seen occasionaly in some section. Conclusion Cumene peroxide enlongated blood coagulation time( P 〈 0. 05 ) and increased blood platelet adhesion ( P 〈0.05).
