本系统的设计来源于塔河林业局验收科,目的在于数字化、信息化塔河林业局的验收科的日常工作,使得整个验收工作方便、有效,同时数字林业也是现在信息化时代的一个新潮流,所以决定对塔河林业局的验收工作实施信息化管理。
