摘要
我国目前节能标准、规定要求的双管分计采暖系统存在系统造价高、收费计算难等现象,实施起来有很大难度。笔者根据我国供暖的实际状况,结合国情提出了一种简单易行的供暖收费思路:即改善传统采暖系统的垂直失调现象,限定室温范围,仍按面积收费,采用电采暖等辅助设施满足用户的更高要求。
The author puts forward a simple heating charge method according to the actual status of heating in our country, which is improve the vertical imbalance of traditional heating system, limit room temperature range and adopting electricity heating to meet the demands of user.
