Objective To strengthen nurses＇ safety awareness and reduce nursing defects through the construction of nursing safety culture in operation room. Method The following measures were carried out, such as renovating ideas, providing safety training, improving safeguard system for nursing safety, modifying work flow, designing clear and definite marks. Result This practice reduced nursing defects and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion The construction of safety culture in nursing can reduce nursing defects and improve the quality of nursing.
