摘要
咽旁间隙解剖毗邻关系比较复杂，且咽分间隙肿瘤比较少见，大宗的临床资料不多见，回顾我院头颈外科1970年1月～1994年1月期间，收治136例咽旁间隙肿瘤，结果表明良性肿瘤89例，其中神经源肿瘤42例，恶性肿瘤47例。本文详细介绍了咽旁间隙的解剖，并对咽旁间隙肿瘤的病理类型及手术入路问题进行总结和探讨。
Paraphrayngeal space is a complex anatomic area. The primary tumors in this areaare rare. One hundred-thirty six patients with parapharyngeal space tumors treated surgically between 1970. 1 and 1994. 1 in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery wereretrospectively analyzed. There were 84 males and 52 females, ranging in age from 12 to65 years. Of the 136 tumors, 89 were benign lesions (42 were neurogenic tumors), 47were malignant neoplasrns. The anatomy of parapharyngeal space, pathological featuresof the tumors and the surgical approaches were discussed.
