摘要
目的探讨军人护士大量减员情况下军队医院的护理科研管理。方法采用激励机制,提高聘用护士学历层次。将护理利研任务落实到科室和个人,加强护十科研能力培训,提高科研素质。结果获得基金资助科研项目及护理论文、获奖数量均有所增加。结论采取激励机制及有效的管理措施,可以提高护理人员的科研能力。
Objective To explore nursing research management in military hospital with the rapid reduction of military nurses. Method The following measures were carried out in nursing research management, such as applying encouragement system, encouraging continuing education to improve nurses' educational levels, assigning research tasks into each department, strengthening nursing research training. Result This practice increased the number of research funds,nursing papers and awards in nursing research. Conclusion The application of encouragement system and effective management measures can improve nurses' research ability.
