摘要
探讨门诊输液室护士与病人的沟通技巧,从微笑服务、沟通语言、沟通行为的科学性和艺术性及技术娴熟等方而进行阐述。门诊输液室是医院直接面对病人并与其沟通的科室,输液室护士通过恰当的沟通方式可增加与病人的交流,减少护患矛盾,使病人配合治疗。
This paper discussed the nurse -patient communication skills in the transfusion room in outpatient department from the aspects of smile service,language,the science and art of communication ,as well as skilled techniques. The transfusion room is one of the main departments directly facing with the patients, the appropriate use of communication skills can facilitate nurse- patient communication ,reduce nurse -patient conflict and promote the patients' cooperation.
