Synthesis of the Dibasic Acid Monoesters of the Oleanolic Acid

报道了４个齐墩果酸二元酸单酯二钠的合成．齐墩果酸与二元酸内酐作用生成其单酯，然后转化成双钠盐．

This paper reports preparation of the dibasic acid monoester disodium of oleanolic acid (1)～(4).The chemical structures were confirmed by IR,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS spectra and elementary analysis respectively.The solubility of these oleanolic acid prodrugs in water has increased by 2×103～7×103 times compared with oleanolic acid.The results of pharmacological experiments showed that the prodrugs were more effective in protecting against liver injury by chemical toxicants induced in laboratory animals than that of the same dose of oleanolic acid.
