合成红景天苷的新途径

A New Approach to Synthesis of Solidroside

以对溴苯酚为原料，选择烯丙基保护酚羟基，制备了２（４烯丙氧苯基）乙醇（２）．后者经成苷及脱乙酰基得到中间体（３），采用并改进氯化钯／氯化亚铜法脱除（３）中的烯丙基，合成了红景天苷（４）．

2(4Allyloxypheny)ethanol(2) was prepared from pbromophenol.Salidroside(4) was synthesized from(2),via glucosidation and deprotective groups.The reagent of PdCl 2/CuCl was employed to deprotect allyl in (3) and the reactive conditions were improved.
