创业是一个识别、开发和利用创业机会的过程,创业机会评价是创业活动的重要组成部分,本文首先对创业机会评价基本概念进行了界定;然后在了解国内外创业评价指标体系的基础上,结合实证借鉴平衡记分卡理论,从创业机会、创业团队及创业资源相结合的角度尝试构建了适合中国国情的创业机会评价指标体系。
