This paper puts forward one thought on how to construct the Long-acting Mechanism for Farmers＇ Income Increasing from the Financial Perspective. It mainly concludes： reinforcing the strength of Subsidized Agricultural Loans; improving ways of aiding agriculture; increasing financial supports for rural education, especially vocational education; increasing financial supports for rural enterprises, and so on.
