摘要
金融控股公司这种混业经营模式已经成为金融发展的大趋势。为了适应这种趋势,许多国家相应地加强金融控股公司的监管立法与监管体系改革。金融控股公司在中国发展的基础条件已经基本成熟,但中国金融监管体系相对滞后,为此,探讨国际上近十年金融控股公司的监管模式,对中国完善和健全金融监管体系十分有益。
The financial holding company has been the general tendency in mixed operation model of finance. Correspondingly, many countries enhance the supervision legislation and the financial supervision system in order to adapt to the trend. The basic condition of the development on the financial holding company has been close to maturity in china, but the construction of the financial supervision system is relatively falling behind. Therefore, it is very useful to improve and purfect the China＇s financial supervision system studying on the international supervision model of the financial holding company in the last decade.
