类风湿关节炎患者的心理健康状况及个性特征

Psychological state and personality character in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

了解类风湿关节炎（ＲＡ）患者的心理健康状况及个性特征。方法采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）、Ｚｕｎｇ焦虑自评量表（ＳＡＳ）、抑郁自评量表（ＳＤＳ）以及艾森克个性问卷（成人）（ＥＰＱ）调查了８０例ＲＡ患者，并与正常人对照。结果ＲＡ患者ＳＣＬ—９０总分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分、躯体化、焦虑、恐怖因子分以及ＳＡＳ得分升高，ＥＰＱ结果Ｎ分升高，Ｅ分降低，ＲＡ抑郁发生率为２１．２５％，明显高于正常人。结论ＲＡ患者存在不良心理健康状况，主要表现为躯体化症状、焦虑、抑郁及恐怖。同时ＲＡ患者存在不良的个性特征，表现为个性内倾、情绪不稳。

bjective To understand the psychological state and personality character in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA), Method We investigated 80 RA patients with Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),Selfreported Anxiety Scale(SAS),SelfReported Depression Scale(SDS) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaires(adult)(EPQ) Results SCL-90 total score, positive item count, positive mean score, somatization score, anxiety score,photic anxiety score and SAS score were higher than that of controls. The incidence of depression in RA patients was 21.25% which was higher than the normal. E score was lower while N score was higher in RA patients than in control. Conclusions RA patients had psychological impairement, which was somatization, anxiety, depression and phobia , and the personality character of RA patients was introversion and neuroticism.
