超滤法提取分离甘蔗叶多糖的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:应用超滤技术对甘蔗叶多糖进行提取分离。方法:采用切割分子量为50000、30000、10000和5000的滤膜对甘蔗提取液进行提取分离,葸酮-硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果:甘蔗叶多糖的超滤法最佳分离纯化参数为温度30℃-40℃,压力差0.15MPa。膜面流速20m/s,相对分子质量为50000以上的多糖约占总糖的17.2%,而相对分子质量5000以下的寡糖和单糖约占35.5%。 Objective: To apply ultrafiltration technology in extracting and separating polysaccharide from sugarcane leaves. Method: Extracting and separating polysaccharide from sugarcane leaves by molecular weight - cutting 50 000,30 000,10 000 and 5 000 ultrafiltration membrane; The polysaccharide content was measured with anthrone-vitriol method. Result: The best parameters of ultrafiltration are in Temperature 30℃ to 40℃, Pressure 0.15MPa, the space of membrane surface 20m/s; Molecular weight more than 50 000 of polysaecharide account for 17.2% of the total weight,and the molecular weight lower than 5 000 of polysaccharide is 35.5% of the total.
