摘要 目的:研究电气石对植物细胞生长的影响。方法:绿豆(Vigna radata Wilczek)胚乳细胞悬浮培养中添加电气石,测定电气石对细胞数目和生物量增长的作用及其浓度效应。结果:电气石能够促进绿豆悬浮细胞生长。在30mL的悬浮液中分别加入3、6、9和12g电气石,3g电气石处理对细胞生长的促进作用不显著;12g电气石处理表现出过量反应。6g和9g电气石处理对细胞生长的促进作用较理想,处理10d后细胞数目分别比对照增加33%和38%;6g电气石处理12d后细胞的生物量为对照的1.8倍。电气石处理对细胞大小无显著影响。结论:电气石通过促进细胞增殖而显著促进绿豆细胞生长和生物量的增加。 Objective: To explorer possible function of tourmaline on cell growth of mung bean ( Vigna radata Wilczek) suspension cultural cells. Method: Tourmaline ceramic balls were added directly into cultural solution of mung bean suspension cells. Cell numbers and biomass of the suspension cultures were detected during a 12d culture. Result: Application of 3, 6, 9 or 12g of tourmaline ceramic balls in a 30ml suspension culture, 3g of tourmaline showed limited growth promotion, while 12g had an overdose reaction. 6 and 9g of tourmaline promoted cell growth significandy, which increased cell numbers by 33% and 38%, respectively. In the treatment with 6g of tourmaline ceramic balls, the biomass of culture cells was increased 80% after 12d culture, cell size was not affected. Conclusion: Results indicate that tourmaline ceramic balls stimulate significantly growth of mung bean suspension cells through cell proliferation.
