摘要
目的:从DNA体系的波函数在电场中随时间演变这个角度来研究DNA导电的理论。方法:从求解电场下的Shrdinger方程出发研究DNA的导电性能,在电场的作用下,DNA体系的波函数将随时间演变,由于波函数随时间演变,DNA的电子结构也将随时间演变,那么DNA上电荷的分布就会发生变化,DNA上电荷转移在宏观上就形成电流。结论:从理论上计算DNA导电能力与碱基序列的关系,为DNA的导电属性研究提供了新思路和理论依据。
Objective: The theory of DNA conductivity was studied from the perspective that the wave function of the electric field in the DNA system evolved with the tiine. Method: DNA conductivity was studied from Solving the equations Shrǒdinger in the electric field, under the electric field, the wave function of DNA system was changed over the time, as the wave function evolved with the time, the electronic structure of DNA was changed over the time too, so, the distribution of charge on the DNA was changed, the transferring of the charge in DNA showed the electric current on the macro. Result: The relationship between the DNA conductivity and the DNA sequence was estimated theoretically, which provided new ideas and theoretical basis for the studying of DNA conductivity.
