病原性大肠菌所致新生儿腹泻的病原学研究

Study on Pathogen of Neonatal Diarrhoea Caused by Pothogenic Bacillus Coli

对南宁市５家医院的新生儿腹泻病例进行５年监测，共检测腹泻标本７８７份，检出病原性大肠杆菌１３９株，阳性率１７．６６％，其中ＥＰＥＣ１１３株，ＥＴＥＣ２１株，ＥＩＥＣ５株。药敏显示对四环素耐药性达１００％，对羧苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素耐药性也达９０％以上。对病原性大肠杆菌的耐药性应引起重视。

787 stool specimens of neonatal diarrhoea collected from 5 hospitals of Nanning city were tested,19891994.139 specimens were pathogenic bacillus coli positive.The positive rate was 17.60%.Among them,113 strains were EPEC,21 strains ETEC,5 strains EIEC.The result of drugresistance test showed that the drugresistance to tetracycline reached 100% ,at the same time the drugresistance to CAR and AMP were 90%.We should attach importance to drugresistance of pathogenic bacillus coli.
