摘要
目的:本研究通过观察不同海拔高度高原鼠免Hb电泳以及血液学的变化,以探讨其对低氧环境在血液学上的细胞结构基础。用大鼠诸指标进行比较,以探讨其适应性差异所在;方法:对两组高原鼠兔、三组大鼠分别在其迁饲不同海拔高度一月后,动态观察了Hb电泳、RBC、Hct、Hb和RVW/LVW比值,Hb电泳采取聚丙烯酰胺凝胶法;结果:大鼠RBC、Hct、Hb和RVW/LVW比值均随海拔高低而相应增高和下降有显著性差异(P<0.01),高原鼠RBC和Hct值的变化亦随海拔高低而变,(P<0.01),但Hb和RVW/LVW比值变化无显著性差异.两种鼠之间表现出不同的Hb电泳带形,并且均随海拔高度的不同表现出Hb电泳带形的改变;结论:高原鼠兔和大白鼠对不同低氧环境的适应,它们在血液学结果上有很大差异。两种鼠表现出的不同Hb电泳带形,推测为种属间的差异性。而高原鼠兔和大鼠随海提高度的不同表现出的Hb电泳带形的改变,提示Hb在低氧等环境因素的刺激下发生了某种特异性改变,其生理适应意义有待进一步研究。
To study the effects of hypoxia on cellular structure inheamotology with the comparing parameters between Waster rats and high altitude pika at different altitude. Methods:The hemoglobin electrophoresis (HE)、Hct、RBC、Hb and RVW/LVW in two groups of high altitude pika (4 280m)were observed. The parameters in three groups of wistar rat were observed at different altitude. Two of the three groups were tested in Madou and Xining respectively. The other one was tested after one month when they returned from Maduo to Xining. Results: The Hot, RBC,Hb and RVM/LVM in rats were varied dramatically with the altitude (P<0. 01). The Hot and RBC were also changed at different altitude but there were no significant changes in Hb and RVM/LVW in the high altitude pika. The band shapes of hemoglobin electrophoresis were different between high altitude pika and rat. Conclusions:The difference of hemoglobin in pika and rat may be related to species variation. Otherwise,the variation of the hemoglobin electrophorsis in a same species at different altitude may be contributed to the degree of hypoxia. The physiological significance of the study needs to be confirmed by further research.
