民办高校在办学自主权和人才培养的适应性、多样性、灵活性等方面,具有实施个性化教育的特殊优势,因此个性化教育与民办高校人才培养之间具有高度的适切性。所以,民办高校应发挥自身优势,尊重学生个性差异,采取设置适应学生个性发展的课程体系、建立有利于学生个性形成的教育教学管理体制、构建适合个性形成的多元化评价体系等做法,大力推行个性化教育。
