浙江民营企业进入国际市场模式分析——以浙江民营低压电器行业为例

摘要 本文以浙江民营低压电为例,通过对主流的国际市场进入模式进行分析,阐述了影响浙江民营低压电器企业选择国际市场进入模式的各种因素。在总结浙江省民营低压电器企业特点的基础上,对浙江民营低压电器企业进入国际市场模式做出可行性分析,并以正泰集团的发展模式为例进行验证。最后,构建浙江民营低压电器企业进入国际市场的动态模式,并对企业的国际化发展提出建议。 Taking as an example the private low-voltage electrical appliances industry and based on the analysis of the entry model into the international market, the paper expounds the various factors that affect Zhejiang private low-voltage electrical appliances industry in the selection of the entry model into the international market. On the basis of concluding the characteristics of Zhejiang private low-voltage electrical appliances industry, it makes a feasible analysis of the entry model of Zhejiang private lowvoltage electrical appliances industry into the international market and verifies the model with the development model of Zhengtai Group. Finally it constructs a dynamic model for Zhejiang private low-voltage electrical appliances industry to enter the international market and presents suggestions for the internationalized development of enterprises.
