浙江温州民间金融运作模式调查与分析

Study of Non-governmental Financing Mode in Wenzhou,Zhejiang

温州不仅因其以"温州模式"而著名,也因其独特的融资模式——发达民间金融而响誉全国.温州存在着相当规模的民间金融活动,这些民间金融活动客观上能够调节社会资金余缺,对扶持个体经济、民营经济起到了不可忽视的作用.本文通过对温州民间金融运作模式产生原因的分析,提出提升和改造民间金融运作方式的对策和建议。

Wenzhou is noted not only for its ＂Wenzhou Model＂, but also for its unique financing model, i.e. the developed nongovernmental financing. There are non-governmental financing activities of a certain scale in Wenzhou, which objectively fill up deficiencies in one place with surpluses from another in social capital and play a role that cannot be neglected in propping up individual economy and civilian-run economy. Based on the analysis of the reasons why non-governmental financing mode came into being in Wenzhou, the paper presents measures and suggestions to upgrade and transform the non-governmental financing mode.
