农业劳动力转移对发展现代农业的影响——基于对浙江海宁地区农村的调查

Effect of Rural Labor Transfer on Modern Agricultural Development:Based on Investigation of Rural Area in Haining of Zhejiang Province

传统观点认为,农业劳动力转移有利于农民致富、农村以及农业产业化的发展,但是很少有学者能看到农业劳动力转移所带来的负面影响特别是对发展现代农业的不利影响。本文基于对浙江海宁农村地区的实地调查,从年龄、学历、动机上对农业劳动力转移的现状进行概述,并且通过对村民转移意愿的了解,分析了未来农业劳动力转移的发展趋势。农业劳动力转移的现状和发展趋势导致发展现代农业面临劳动力供给短缺、人力资本偏低等一系列问题。

The traditional viewpoint argues that rural labor transfer makes farmers richer and promotes the development of the countryside and the industrialization of agriculture, but its negative effects are ignored, Based on the survey of the rural area of Haining, Zhejiang province, this paper summarizes the actualities of rural labor transfer in the aspects of age, degree and motivation, and analyzes the trends of future rural labor transfer. The actualities and trends of rural labor transfer lead to a series of problems such as manpower supply shortage and low manpower capital in the development of modern agriculture.
