血停灵冲剂的临床和实验研究

Experimental and Clinical Study on "Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji".

米非司酮配伍前列腺素抗早孕(简称药流),已在,临床广泛应用,但不全流产的发生率仍在5％～7％且有阴道出血时间长,出血量较多的不足之处,使产妇身体的恢复受到影响。为了提高药物流产的安全性、有效性和可接受性,我们研制出纯中药制剂—血停灵冲剂,并对其进行了实验研究和初步临床观察,现将结果报告如下。

Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji' is a kind of preparation purified from Chinese traditional herbs that can promote immune function, facilitate the contraction of uterus and have hemostatic effect. In this study, 101 cases of post -abortion using RU486 women were divided randomly into two groups. The study group of 50 cases was feeded with' Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji' and the control group used oxytocin injection and oral extractum of herba leonuri. The days of vaginal bleeding, bleeding volume and menstruation change are observed. The result shows: The average bleeding days are 11. 0 ±6. 8 days in 'Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji'group and 15. 0 ±7. 3 days in oxytocin and extractum of herba leonuri group (P< 0. 01) . The result indicates a significant difference in the two groups. Animal experiments indicate that 'Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji'can promote the contraction of the uteru of rats and mice in vitro, promote the uterine development and has obvious inhibitory effect on ear swelling raised by dimethylbenzene. It is a kind of herb with little toxicity, and is safe in clinical use. All the results above suggest that' Xue Ting Ling Chong Ji'is effective on the prevention and treatment of vaginal bleeding induced by RU486 abortion.
