摘要
目的:研究β-环糊精包合灯盏花素的最佳工艺。方法:正交实验法。考察包合物得率和灯盏花素含量2个指标,用紫外光谱、差示扫描热量法、X射线衍射和核磁共振对包合工艺进行了验证。结果:优选工艺为:主客分子比(1∶2)、β-环糊精-水(1∶3)、包合时间(30 min)。结论:此工艺简便、易行、可靠。
Objective :To screen a optimal preparation technique for the β-cyclodextrin/ breviscapine inclusion complex. Methods: Orthogonal experiment was used to study the yield and content two indicators. The structure of inclusion complex was validated by UV, DSC, X-ray powder diffraction and NMR Results: The optimum inclusion process : the swapping of molecular ratio ( 1 : 2) , beta-cyclodextrin : water (1:3), inclusion time (30 min). Conclusion: This method is simple and reliable.
