摘要
目的:筛选及考察巴洛沙星分散片的最优处方和制备工艺。方法:以崩解时限和溶出度为指标,遂步调整辅料用量,特别是崩解剂,以形成高质量的分散片。结果:确定了以羧甲基淀粉钠、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为崩解剂的分散片处方;分散片溶出速度较普通片更快。结论:研制的巴洛沙星分散片处方合理、工艺可行,符合分散片的质量要求。
Objective:To optimize the preparation technics and the formula of balofloxacin dispersible tablets. Methods: Disintegrate time and dissolution rate were used as the quality index, excipients, especially disintegrant were progressively adjusted to form a high quality dispersible tablets. Results: Sodium carboxymethyl starch and crospolyvinylpyrrolidone were optimized as the disintegrants of the dispersible tablet formula. The dissolution rate of the dispersible tablet was faster than that of the conventional tablet. Conclusions: The prepared balofloxacin dispersible tablet is reasonable in formula, feasible in technology and it meets the quality standards.
