预防静脉桥狭窄的新策略 被引量:4

摘要 静脉桥狭窄是目前亟待解决的医学难题,本文综述静脉桥病变的多种病因,探讨预防迟发性静脉桥狭窄的新方法包括血管外支架、内皮素1受体拮抗剂、硝基阿司匹林,细胞生长繁殖抑制剂、抗氧化剂、基因治疗及激光和放射治疗等。随着对再狭窄机制研究的深入,各种治疗方法的进一步完善以及多种方法的联合应用,有效预防静脉桥狭窄将成为现实。
