多排螺旋CT血管成像显示大根髓动脉扫描方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价多排螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)对Adamkiewicz动脉(AKA)的显示,探索显示AKA的最佳方法。方法:81例受试者按各两种相似扫描方法被分为A、B和C、D组,即A组:固定延迟扫描时间法(25s)、B组:阈值触发技术(230HU)、C组:层面测定循环时间法、D组:在C组计算的时间上再加4s。将原始图像进行容积显示(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR),观察和分析AKA的显示情况,对不同参数下的AKA显示效果进行比较。结果:总显示率81.48%,A组57%、B组90%、C组80%、D组100%,B组显示率高于A组。显示效果方面,B组优于A组,D组优于C组。结论:MSCTA可以成功的显示AKA,适当的对比剂流率、延迟扫描时间及自动阈值触发技术的合理应用是显示成功的关键。 Objective:To investigate the visualization of Adamkiewicz artery (AKA) using multi-slice CT angiography (MSCTA) and to optimize the depicting protocol. Methods:Eighty-one patients without vascular diseases were randomly divided into 4 groups : group A, delay scan time ; group B, Smartprep-triggering threshold scan ; group C, timing-bolus scan ; and group D,delay timing-bolus scan. Volume rendering (VR), multiplanar and curved planar reformation (MPR and CPR) were performed on the basis of axial images. The detailed anatomy of AKA and the displaying effects within differettt groups were compared. Results: The total display rate of AKA was 81.48%0, with the rate in groups A, B, C and D being 57 %, 90 %, 80 % and 100 %, respectively, which was significantly higher in group B than in group A. The displaying effects in groups B and D were significantly better than in groups A and C, respectively. Conelusion: MSCTA can satisfactorily visualize AKA. Optimized flow velocity of contrast medium and the use of scan-triggering threshold and scan time are the keys to successfully display.
