摘要
目的建立猪自体左肺模拟原位移植模型,研究缺血/再灌注对移植肺功能的可能影响。方法健康猪21只随机分为3组,分别于游离左肺门(对照组)、缺血3 h(缺血组)和缺血3 h再灌注3 h(IR组)后测动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、肺氧合功能(a/Aratio)、肺血管阻力(PVR)及肺顺应性值和左肺含水量。结果全部动物术后均存活,PaO2、a/Aratio、PVR及肺顺应性值和左肺含水量,IR组与对照组和缺血组之间比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);3组间PaCO2无明显差别。结论该方法的建立为研究IR对移植肺的损伤机制提供了理想的动物模型。
Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) to the function of graft lung. Methods Twenty-one healthy pigs were divided into three groups randomly. After dissecting left hilus (control group), 3 hours ischemia (ischemia group) and 3 hours reperfusion (IR group), the changes of partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood (PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood (PaCO2), arterial/alveolar ratio (a/A ratio), pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), lung compliance and tissue edema were measured and recorded. Results The survival rate was 100% postopratively. For PaO2, a/A ratio, PVR, lung compliance and tissue edema of the left lung, there was a significant difference between IR group and control group or ischemia group ( P 〈 0.05). For (PaCO2), no significant different among the 3 groups was found (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The results of this study provide a suitable model to investigate the possible mechanism of ischemia-reperfusion injury to the function of graft lung.
