水通道蛋白1和微血管密度在子宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的明确水通道蛋白(AQP)1和微血管密度(MVD)在子宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)和子宫颈鳞癌、腺癌组织中的表达和分布,探讨其在子宫颈癌发病中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测AQP1和MVD在74例子宫颈癌(其中子宫颈鳞癌46例,子宫颈腺癌28例),34例CIN和15例正常子宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果AQP1主要表达于CIN和子宫颈鳞癌、腺癌的血管内皮细胞,以腺癌表达量最大,鳞癌与CIN的表达量基本一致,而在其他各组间都有统计学意义。随着宫颈病变的进展,MVD逐渐增大,各组间比较差异有统计学意义。但发现在子宫颈鳞癌、腺癌和正常组织中MVD的表达量要比AQP1大,并有统计学意义;而在CIN中的表达量相对一致。在子宫颈癌的临床病理特征中,淋巴转移阳性者AQP1和MVD的表达量较阴性者高(P<0.01)。结论AQP1主要表达于子宫颈癌组织间的血管内皮细胞,其表达量较微血管密度低,并与微血管一起在子宫颈癌的生长、侵袭和转移中起重要的作用。 Objective To identify the expressions and distributions of aquaporin-1 (AQP 1 ) and microvessel density (MVD) in human cervical carcinomas and their relationship, and investigate the roles of AQP1 and MVD in human cervical carcinomas. Methods The expressions of AQP1 and MVD in 74 cases of cervical carcinoma (46 cases of squamous-cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix, 28 cases of in adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix), in 34 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and in 15 cases of normal cervices by immunohistochemieal technique. Results The expression of AQP1 was found in vascular endothelial cell of CIN, squamous-cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix, with the largest amount in adenocarcinoma and a same amount in CIN and squamous-cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. There was distinct difference in the intensities of squamous-cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix and control groups. The expression rates of MVD gradually increased with the progress of cervical lesion. There were significant differences between the above 4 groups for MVD( P 〈 0.01 ). The expression of MVD was higher than that of AQP1 in squamous cell carcinoma, in adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix and in the control group, but they were the same in CIN. The expression rates of AQP1 and MVD in lymph node metastasis were obviously higher than those in non-lymph node metastasis. Conclusion AQP1 mainly expresses in vascular endothelial cell of CIN, squamous-cell carcinoma and adenocareinoma of the uterine cervix. Its expression is lower than that of MVD. AQP1 may play a key role in the growth, invasion and lymph-node metastasis of human cervical carcinoma together with microvessel.
