摘要
用热膨胀法对65Mn钢连续冷却条件下过冷奥氏体的转变情况进行了研究,发现在900℃奥氏体化条件下,该钢的Ms点为265℃,获得马氏体的临界淬火冷却速度为45℃/s。冷却过程中,奥氏体仅在很窄范围内形成贝氏体,且属于典型的羽毛状上贝氏体组织,没有观察到针片状下贝氏体组织。
The phase transformation of anstenite in 65Mn steel during continuous cooling was studied by dilatometry. The results show that the Ms point of the steel is 265 ℃ and the critical cooling rate of obtaining martensite is 45 ℃/s under the condition of austenization at 900 ℃. Austenite can be transformed into bainite only in a narrow temperature range during cooling, and the bainite is upper bainite. No lower bainte is found in the steel.
