摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相分析及扫描电镜分析等方法对螺杆式压缩机转子断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,转子表面存在的缺陷,加之热处理过程中调质处理不当,降低了转子综合力学性能,造成其在运行过程中发生疲劳断裂现象。
The fracture reasons of the rotor in screw compressor were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and SEM. The results show that the surface defect and heat treatment defect reduce the rotor' s mechanical properties, which cause the fatigue fracture during running.
