如何把握外科重症病人镇痛、镇静治疗的深度 被引量：8

摘要 在外科重症加强治疗病房（surgical intensive care unit．SICU）监护与治疗的病人，大多存在较严重的原发性疾病或并发其他疾病，术后需进一步行对症支持治疗或呼吸机辅助机械通气，以能使其过渡至平稳状态。在SICU整个支持治疗中，为消除术后疼痛、减少机械通气期间气管导管的不良刺激和人机对抗以及各种治疗、护理操作对病人生理或心理造成的不良影响，
