摘要
大样本临床实践证实根治性胃切除术是目前治愈胃癌的唯一手段．但对于淋巴结转移局限或无转移的早期胃癌病人来说，标准根治术会增加手术损伤和手术并发症率及降低术后生活质量．造成这种局面的主要原因是目前尚无准确评估淋巴结转移状况的方法。因约10％早期胃癌伴有淋巴结转移，另外90％的早期胃癌病例即使不清除淋巴结也可获得根治，
