摘要 各种原因引起的肝硬化门静脉高压症是威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一.目前对此类疾病的研究及相关药学实验主要建立在肝硬化动物模型(cirrhosis model。CM)基础上,因此构建一种稳定、可复制、便捷和仿真性强的肝硬化动物模型是研究的必要条件。当前主要有两大类CM建模方案:单因素诱导建模及复合多因素诱导建模,
