摘要
随着光纤到户的发展,光纤的屋内配线成为一个必须解决的课题。文章就屋内配线对付孔光纤的利用进行了研究。研究对象为折射率引导型光子晶体光纤,该光纤具有一个常规的高折射率的纤芯,沿着纤芯的包层均匀地分布着数个通孔以达到抑制弯曲损耗的目的。通过对该光纤断面电界强度、弯曲损耗、长期可靠性的数值分析,发现所提出的付孔光纤可适用于半径小至10mm的屋内配线。付孔光纤在住宅及商业建筑中的利用具有广阔的前景。
In this paper, the application of hole-assisted type photonic crystal fibers (HAPCF) in indoor optical wiring is discussed. The numerical investigations, including on the field pattern, bending loss and long-term reliability are carried out. The results suggest that the proposed fiber can be used with a bending radius as small as 10mm. It is confirmed that the HAPCF is a promising candidate for use in wiring residential and commercial constructions.
