摘要
设计并实现了基于3S(GPS、GSM、GIS)技术的应用开发平台。文中介绍了开发平台的实现方案及移动终端的软硬件结构;在分析GPS协议、GSM短信协议基础上,设计实现了移动终端通信控制协议;阐述了后台系统短信网关架构、短信网关数据库、GIS空间与属性数据库和GIS模块的设计与实现技术。基于3S技术应用平台开发的系统已投入使用。
The platform of development based on 3S technology （GPS, GSM, GIS） is designed and realized. This paper presents the achievement of programme for development platform and the software and hardware structure of mobile terminal. On analysis of GPS protocol and GSM short message protocol, the control protocol for mobile terminal communication is realized. This paper describes in detail the structure of the system of backstage supporter short message gateway, the database of short message, the database of GIS space and attributes, including the realization and design technology of GIS module. The system of the application and development platform based on 3S technology has been put into operation.
