摘要
传统的发电厂输煤系统是一种基于继电接触器和人工手动方式的半自动化系统。由于输煤系统现场环境十分恶劣,不仅极大损害了工人的身体健康,而且由于输煤系统范围大,经常有皮带跑偏、皮带撕裂及落煤管堵塞等麻烦,大大降低了发电厂的生产效率。文中针对吉林市东关热电厂输煤部分,设计了一套基于PLC控制网络和上位机的输煤监控系统,对其硬件构成和软件实现做了介绍。
The traditional coal-transport system for the power plant is a semiautomatic system based on relay and manual way. Due to the bad spot environment of coal-transport system, the workers' health is seriously injured. Because of the large range for coal-transport system, the belt is often deviated and ripped, and the pipe is blocked. So the productivity of the power plant is dramatically decreased. According to coal-transporting of Jilin Dongguan power plant, a coal-transport supervision system based on PLC control network and upper-machine. Its hardware composition and soffware implementation is also described in this paper.
