摘要
为了探讨生长抑素(SS)是否参与了HIE的病理生理,我们使用放射免疫法测定了44例HIE组新生儿血浆和脑脊液中SS,结果显示HIE组明显低于对照组和单纯窒息组。并发现临床表现愈重,血浆和脑脊液中SS含量愈低。提示:血浆和脑脊液中SS降低可能在HIE的病理生理机制中起一定作用。由于SS可抑制氧自由基的产生和Ca2+内流,因而SS参与或加重了HIE的发病过程。本研究为SMS201-995治疗HIE提供了初步的依据。
Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is one of the major causes of death in neonates.The role of somatostatin(SS) in HIE is not clear yet. This report focused on the determina tion of SS levels in CSF and plasma for 44 cases with HIE and 31 controls. It was found that the levels of plasma and CSF SS were significantly Lower in HlE group than that in controls (p<0. 01). Severe HIE infants had significantly Lower values of plasma and CSF SS com pared with moderate HIE infants. (p<0.01). The results suggested that the lower SS in plasma and CSF may join in the mechanisms of HIE. Our study provides a preliminary basis for using SMS 201 -995 in the treatment of HIE
