虫草菌丝联合银杏叶片对血液透析患者微炎症的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Combined Therapy with Hypha Cordyceps and Ginkgo Leaf Tablet on Micro-inflammation in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

摘要 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的微炎症状况以及虫草菌丝联合银杏叶片对微炎症的防治作用。方法选择长期血液透析患者65例,随机分为对照组(32例)和治疗组(33例),两组均进行规律血液透析,治疗组加用金水宝(每粒含虫草菌丝0.33 g)3粒,银杏叶片(每片0.23 g)1片,均每天3次口服,疗程3个月;治疗前后采用ELISA法,检测两组血清炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]水平;另选择30例健康人检测血清炎症因子水平,作为健康对照。结果与健康人对照组比较,长期血液透析患者hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著升高(P<0.01);在虫草茵丝联合银杏叶片治疗3个月后,治疗组hs-CRP[(3.28±1.28)mg/L]、IL-6[(0.379±0.163)μg/L]、TNF-α[(1.330±0.458)μg/L]水平均较治疗前[分别为(4.94±2.21)mg/L、(0.472±0.220)μg/L、(1.748±0.724)μg/L]明显下降(P<0.01);对照组hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义。结论微炎症反应在维持性血液透析患者中普遍存在,虫草菌丝联合银杏叶片对这种微炎症反应具有明显改善作用。 Objective To investigate the status of the micro-inflammation in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and the effect of combined therapy with hypha cordyceps and ginkgo leaf tablet for its prevention and treatment. Methods Sixty-five patients undergoing long-term maintenance hemodialysis were randomly assigned to the treated group (33 patients) and the control group (32 patients). Patients in both groups underwent hemodialysis regularly, meanwhile, 3 capsules of Jinshuibao (each capsule containing hypha cordyceps 0. 33 g) and 1 tablet of ginkgo leaf tablet (0.23 g/tablet) were additiolally given to the patients in the treated group orally, 3 times per day, and 3 months as 1 treatment course. Their serum inflammatory factors, such as high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) , which could reveal the state of microinflammation, were determined before and after treatment. And the same index was also determined in 30 healthy persons allocated in a normal control group. Results Compared with the normal control group, the serum levels of hs-CRP (4. 94 ±2.21 mg/L), IL-6 (0. 472 ± 0. 220 ug/L) and TNF-α ( 1. 748 ± 0. 724 ug/L) in the treated group were higher before treatment, these indexes decreased markedly after treatment (3.28 ± 1.28 mg/L, 0. 379 ±0. 163 ug/L, and 1. 330 ±0. 458 ug/L, respectively, all P 〈0.01 ) , but without significant change in the control group. Conclusion Micro-inflammation reaction exists popularly in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, and the combined therapy with hypha cordyceps and ginkgo leaf tablet could effectively improve this kind of micro-inflammation reaction.
