皮质发育障碍及其致痫机制的研究 被引量:3

摘要 皮质发育障碍(MCD)是药物难治性癫痫的重要病因之一,外科手术是处理此类癫痫的主要手段,但疗效尚不够满意。目前国内外已有较多MCD的临床研究,但相应的基础研究则显得较为缺乏,MCD的形成机制和致痫尚不清楚,目前的研究多集中在对手术切除标本的回顾性研究,缺乏稳定的可靠的动物模型。对MCD的进一步深入研究将为临床治疗提供新的思路。
