胃食管反流病的内镜缝扎治疗
摘要
胃食管反流病（GERD）指胃、十二指肠内容物通过食管下括约肌（lower esophageal spnincter，LES）反流入食管引起胃灼热、反流等一系列慢性症状或同时并有内镜下的食管黏膜损害、甚至导致Barrett食管和食管腺癌等的疾病。质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitor，PPI）是当前最有效的药物，其对80％的反流性食管炎、50％-60％的非糜烂性反流性食管炎有效，但因不能解决反流机制，故需长期服药，给患者带来副作用大、医疗费用高等问题。
