COX-2和TGF-β与脑胶质瘤致缺血性脑梗塞关系的研究

摘要 目的观察大鼠脑胶质瘤致缺血性脑梗塞后环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、TGF-β和脑梗死体积的关系。方法Sprague-Dawleg纯系大鼠40只随机等分为:空白对照组和梗塞后6h组、梗塞后12h组、梗塞后24h组、梗塞后72h组。结果梗塞组COX-2蛋白表达增多,与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P(0.001)。动态演变过程为6h开始表达,12h达高峰,持续至72h;TGF-β在梗塞组表达增多,与空白对照组比较有统计学意义(P(0.05)。动态演变过程为:6h开始表达,24h达高峰,持续至72h;COX-2和TGF-β与脑梗死体积呈正相关。结论COX-2、TGF-β可能启动并参与脑胶质瘤致缺血性脑梗死后脑部损伤过程。
