摘要
RNA干扰(RNA interference,RNAi)技术是一项基因沉默新技术,自20世纪90年代被发现以来,现在已逐渐成为分子生物学和细胞生物学研究的有用工具之一。目前该技术已被广泛应用到植物功能基因组研究和植物抗病毒病研究中,在抗线虫病研究中应用较少。现综述了RNAi的分子机制、基因沉默的主要类型以及该技术在植物抗线虫病和抗病毒病研究中的应用。
The technology of RNA interference (RNAi) is a new technology of gene silencing. Since RNAi was found in 1990s,it has been one of the most useful tool for molecular and cellular biology. RNA.i has been applied in plant functional genomics and antivirus,but few applications in control plant parasitic nematodes were elucidated. In this review,we elucidated RNAi molecular mechanism,types of gene silencing and its application in control of plant parasitic nematodes and plant virus.
