摘要
教学后记不属于预见的、超前的"计划"范畴,有别于教案。它通常是指教师课后写的对课堂教学中出现的问题及师生交流结果的回顾与反思。长期的体育教学实践表明,体育教师写教学后记是非常重要的,它的重要性表现在它不仅有利于改进教学弊端,提升教学能力,也有利于积累和丰富教学经验,提高理论水平。
It's proved that in the long-period PE teaching,writing the after- teaching reflection is very crucial.It can not only be good to improve tile techlng skills, teaching ability, but also good to gube predicted and pre - planned. It' s different from tile teaching plans, h usually means the reflecfion and conclusion of the problems which appear in class and the communication results between teachers and students.
