摘要
数控加工系统中,传统的NC代码手工编程不仅效率低,而且易出错;采用APT语言的自动编程虽然语句简洁,功能较强,但语言与规则一旦出错又不易发现。笔者讨论在Auto CAD2006环境下,以模切刀为案例,开发一个数控自动编程系统,可以完成零件的数控编程工作,实现CAD与NC系统的连接,显著提高工作效率。
In CNC machining system, the traditional manual programming of NC code is not only inefficient, but also error - prone; while using the automatic programming with APT language,there is concise statement and better function, but to find errors of the language and rules are very difficult. Setting cutting knife as an example, the author develops a NC programming system in Auto CAD 2006 environment, such system can complete NC programming work, achieve the connection of CAD system with NC, and significantly improve work efficiency.
