头痛平的主要药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics Study of Toutongping Granule

用压尾、热板及扭体等方法对头痛平进行了药效学实验研究。结果表明：大剂量的头痛平能提高小鼠尾痛阈值，在热板及扭体法实验中，大、小剂量均显示有镇痛作用，并证明方中加羚羊粉对镇痛作用影响不大。

The pharmacodynamics of Toutongping(TTP) granule,a recipe of herbal medicine,was studied.The results showed that the high dosage of TTP(3 2g/kg) can increase the pain thresholds in the tail hurt test in mice.The various doses of TTP(3 2 or 1 6g/kg)can raise the pain thresholds in hot plate test and depress the torsive reactions in mice.In addition,whether to add powder of Antelope's horn into the recipe had no effect on its relieving pain.
