A Study on Foreign Investment and Financing of Northeast State-owned Forestry Industrial Enterprises

在分析东北国有林区森工企业对外投融资面临的问题的基础上,结合森工企业发展的实际,提出森工企业在对外投融资活动中可以选择的BOT、境外上市、风险投资、基金等投融资操作方式。

Based on an analysis of existing problems in foreign investment and financing of northeast state-owned forestry industrial enterprises and combined with practical developing situation of these enterprises, this article puts forward that forestry industrial enterprises can choose operating modes like BOT, overseas listing, venture capital, funds etc in foreign investment and financing activities.
